Released on 15 October 2026, this is the first release of PRIMA Bookkeeper, and the overview describes what it does. It brings the bookkeeping cycle from bank to ledger behind the review gate, with invoice evidence and a single document archive. It also adopts an existing ledger and prepares the VAT return review pack.

  • Banks. The tool reads CSV exports from any bank, the Revolut Business API and GoCardless Bank Account Data. Each business can hold several bank accounts.
  • Accounts packages. Sage Business Cloud Accounting, Xero, QuickBooks Online and FreshBooks, as Banks and Accounts Packages describes.
  • Invoice evidence. The tool collects documents from folders, a drop folder and mailboxes. It matches them to payments, lists what is missing and files everything into one archive.
  • Credentials. Every credential lives in the macOS Keychain or the Windows Credential Manager, and no agent can reach it.
  • Jurisdiction. The EU VAT model, with Ireland as the first pack.
