Dashboard Views

PRIMA Project Management

The dashboard is one page with ten views. You move between them with the sidebar on the left, and the page never reloads. Every view reads the data the build script put into the page, so nothing you do on the page changes your project register.

The sidebar lists the views in two groups. Project Detail has no sidebar item, and you reach it by clicking a project anywhere on the page.

Group Views
Workspace Today, Dashboard, Projects, Timeline, Calendar, Agent
System Architecture, Settings, Support

Today appears in the sidebar only when the page was built with the Today data, which /day and /dashboard both supply with the shipped template. The page opens on the Dashboard view after /dashboard, and on the Today view after /day.

The header across the top carries two working controls. The Mono and Brand switch changes the colour palette, and the sun and moon button switches between light and dark. Your browser remembers both choices for next time. The card at the foot of the sidebar shows the owner name from your register, or the workspace name when no owner is set, with today’s date.

The daily briefing as a page, with health cards, where you left off, the next seven days and what needs you. The Today View explains each panel.

A summary of the whole portfolio.

Card What it counts
Active projects Projects with status in-progress, with the paused and overdue counts beneath
Open tasks Every task across all projects, done tasks included, with the number of projects due this week beneath
Tasks done Tasks with status done, with their share of all tasks beneath
Blocked / at risk Blocked tasks across all projects

Below the cards, the Live projects panel lists up to eight in-progress projects, most recently worked first, each with its priority and a progress bar. The Recent activity panel lists session entries across your projects. A banner at the foot says how long ago the page was built.

A table of your projects with a filter box and four filter buttons, All, Active, Paused and Overdue. Type in the filter box to narrow the table as you type.

Column Content
ID The project ID
Project The name, with the first tag or the category beneath
Status In progress, Paused, Overdue or Archived, or At risk when the project has untracked work
Priority High, Medium or Low
Due The due date, or a dash
Progress The share of tasks done, or a dash when the project has no tasks

The table opens sorted by the date each project was last worked, newest first. Click a column heading to sort by it, click again to reverse the order, and click a third time to return to the opening sort. Choose 10, 20, 50 or 100 rows per page at the foot, and the page remembers your choice. Click any row to open Project Detail.

A Gantt chart of every project that is not archived, with in-progress projects first. Each row is a project with a bar from its start date to its due date, coloured by status, with milestone diamonds on the bar and a pink dashed line for today. A project with no due date runs to 30 days after today or to the edge of the chart, whichever comes first.

Use the All, Month, Week and Day buttons to change the zoom. All fits the whole range on screen, and the other three scroll sideways. The chart shows 15 projects per page by default, and you can choose 25, 40 or 80. Click a row to open Project Detail.

Dated items from all projects that are not archived, in Month, Week or Agenda layout. Four tick boxes choose what appears.

Type Source
Meetings Session history entries on each project
Milestones Milestone target dates
Task due dates The dueDate of each task in a task file
Deliverables The project’s own dueDate

The Calendar view reads only what is in the page. Calendar and Zoom events from your own calendar appear on the Today view instead.

A mockup of an agent chat planned for a future desktop application. A banner at the top says it is an interface preview only. You can type in it, but nothing replies.

Everything about one project. Reach it by clicking a project row, a timeline bar or a project ID on the Today view. A Back to projects button returns you to the table.

The view opens with a Project Overview block showing the description, notes, dates and other details. It also shows Current Focus, Last Action and Recent Work when your register holds them. Three tabs follow.

  • Gantt draws the project as a summary bar, a progress row, a sessions row, task bars, milestone diamonds, a deadline marker on the due date and a today line. Dependency arrows join the tasks. A legend below the chart names every symbol, and you can collapse the task rows.
  • Dependency Graph shows the tasks as boxes in columns by dependency depth, coloured by status, with each arrow labelled FS, SS, FF or SF.
  • Recent Tasks lists the tasks with filters for All, Open, Done and On hold. You can sort them by most recent, oldest, status or due date, and click a task to see its details.

A column beside the tabs shows the status, priority, task count, milestones, current focus, next action and recent sessions. Recent sessions come from this month’s session history, and a project with no session this month shows its last three sessions from the monthly archive instead. Tasks and Dependencies explains where tasks come from.

A text tree of the folders and files a PRIMA workspace uses, headed by your workspace name. Beneath it, the view counts the projects, tasks and milestones in this build.

This view lists the defaults the page uses for reference, and you cannot change them here in this release. Dashboard Settings and First-Run Wizard lists them.

This view has five sections that open when you click them, and Email gives the support address. Community links to the GenAI Skills Academy learning community. Contact form is a placeholder that sends nothing and tells you to email instead. README and FAQ answer common questions about the dashboard.
