How the Products Fit Together

AI Business OS is the base workspace. You install PRIMA Project Management, PRIMA Memory and PRIMA CRM into it, and each one works without the other two. PRIMA Scholar, PRIMA Bookkeeper and PRIMA Bot stand apart, because each one works in any folder, with or without AI Business OS.

PRIMA CRM needs the AI Business OS project register, the file .claude/state/state.json, which AI Business OS creates. It does not need PRIMA Project Management. When you install both, PRIMA Project Management reads the CRM for its briefing and dashboard, as described below.

An MCP server is a small program that runs alongside Claude Code and gives Claude extra tools. You do not call these tools yourself. You ask Claude in plain language and Claude uses them.

The Shared Centre

Most of the suite meets at one file. .claude/state/state.json is the project register, the list of every project in the workspace with its ID, status, folder and recent history. AI Business OS creates it and its commands read and update it. PRIMA Project Management extends what it records, and PRIMA CRM reads it to connect companies to projects.

What Changes When You Add Each Product

PRIMA Project Management

AI Business OS ships its own /day, /night, /status, /sync, /newproject, /setup, /resume and /dashboard. PRIMA Project Management replaces these with fuller versions and adds /timeline, a project-tracking skill and four rules. It also replaces the base state validation rule with its own. /save keeps working as before, and What Changes in Your Workspace lists every file the upgrade touches.

PRIMA Memory

PRIMA Memory gives Claude seven tools for searching your past sessions. /resume uses them when they are present. Without them, the time and browse routes of /resume fall back to the session history in state.json, and the search route does not work. /day does not use PRIMA Memory, and the PRIMA Memory overview explains the tools in more detail.

PRIMA CRM

PRIMA CRM gives Claude nine tools covering companies, contacts, engagements, interactions, segments and project links. With PRIMA Project Management also installed, its /day and dashboard show follow-ups due and companies you have not been in contact with for a while. See the PRIMA CRM overview.

PRIMA Bot

PRIMA Bot adds nothing to the workspace. It keeps Claude Code running on your Mac so that you can open a session in the workspace from your phone, and that session uses every product the workspace has. See the PRIMA Bot overview.

How the PRIMA Products Relate to Each Other

PRIMA Memory and PRIMA CRM are independent. Neither one calls or reads the other, and installing or removing one has no effect on the other. PRIMA Project Management works without PRIMA Memory, and gains fuller session recovery in /resume when PRIMA Memory is present.
