Overview

PRIMA Project Management is the project tracking layer for AI Business OS. It keeps a register of your projects inside your workspace. Each time you start a session, Claude Code knows what you are working on, where you stopped and what falls due. This manual describes version 1.5.2.
What It Does
Section titled “What It Does”- Project register: every project gets a permanent ID such as
P012, a status, a priority, dates and notes. - A daily rhythm:
/dayopens the day with a briefing, and/nightrecords what you did and where you stopped. - Health at a glance:
/statusreports every project with a traffic light, and/timelinedraws dated projects on a Gantt chart. - Session recovery: Claude writes checkpoint files as you work, and
/resumereads them to pick up where you left off. - The dashboard:
/dashboardbuilds one HTML page with ten views of your projects, tasks, milestones and sessions. - Safe pushes: before any git push, the commands check the remote against the repository recorded for your workspace.
Who It Is For
Section titled “Who It Is For”PRIMA Project Management suits anyone who runs several projects at once in Claude Code. Consultants, freelancers, small business owners and educators are typical users. You talk to Claude in plain words, and the commands and rules keep the register up to date.
What You Need
Section titled “What You Need”PRIMA Project Management installs into an AI Business OS workspace and does not run on its own. It also needs jq and git, and the dashboard needs Node 18 or later. The product is built and tested on macOS. It may run on Windows through WSL or Git Bash, but Windows is not directly supported. See Requirements for the full list.
